We are looking for a self motivated & service oriented individual to manage our Client portal using Zendesk platform, and to join our young and dynamic team.

Tasks would involve:
- Setting up Zendesk platform to our specification. This may involve basic to more advanced customisations which will need good knowledge / experience in programming and graphic design
- Manage and updating Knowledgebase / FAQ & macros
- Responsible in ensuring our client portal response time & quality are up to the standard we set. The successful candidate are also required to provide reports as well as identifying potential improvements / issues
- Proposing any possible improvements on Client portal
- assisting clients and other team members with Admin / Account setup & changes
- replying to clients enquiries through both emails & live chat
- Write up & updating Client portal guidelines
- Assisting with other tasks when required

You are required to have following attributes, knowledge and/or experience:
- At least 1 year experience in Zendesk platform as an Administrator
- Intermediate to Advanced Graphic design skills
- Intermediate to Advanced  Programming language skills
- excellent command of English language and able to reply to clients’ enquiries in friendly & engaging  manner
- excellent attention to detail
