I recently purchased a retail/office building. Right now, the three level building is a blank canvas, newly built with no tenants- and is just shell and I am in the process of adding tenants. I will be occupying two of my own tenant spaces with one of the office spaces as well as tanning salon that I will be relocating from across town.
1. I’d like to find a talented designer to work with, to help determine some cost effective ways to give the building an exterior and interior a face lift (by interior I mean the common area spaces, elevator lobbies etc.). Ideally I’d like the building to stand out with creative and tasteful curb appeal to grab attention for our tenants with all of the traffic being right next to route 28.
2. I would love to see how we might be able to make a great space for interior of the tanning salon to match the personality and brand that we’ve established over the last 10 years.
3. I am in the process of building out an office space on the top level, and it will include a small conference room and break room and the use will shared with other office tenants - so this is something that if we can cleverly design it, will help us attract and rent out the rest of our office space with new tenants.
All design work should be cost effective and laid out in a way that can be clearly defined for contractors to bid on the related work.
