I am a Business Broker and need to create a document that will present the company to the potential buyers.
The report should / may contain the following: Brief History of the Company, Market/Industry Description, Market Niche Description, Marketing, Client Base Overview, Market & Customers Description, Competition, Competitive Advantages, Suppliers, Distribution, Services, Manufacturing, Operations, Location/Infrastructure, Website, Organization, Owner's Role, Value Proposition, Growth & Expansion Opportunities, Pros and Cons for the Acquisition (i.e. a very brief SWOT analysis), Financial Summary, Balance Sheet Considerations, Ideal New Owner Profile, Reason for Selling, Price Justification.
The above is an extensive list. However, I am looking to make a short and to the point report. In other words, less is more. I am definitely not looking to make a 25-page document that nobody will read. I prefer to provide concise and accurate information that is going to be helpful to the potential buyers and will leave a professional impression.
I am also willing to take suggestions and am not set on a rigid format. However, the overall product has to be well put together.
I would greatly appreciate if you would be able to provide samples of your work or writing.
I would also much prefer somebody that would be able to provide this kind of service on an ongoing basis.
