Company Description: We are a national computer repair company based in the United States providing both on-site and remote support to our customers.

Job Description:

Technical support specialist will be taking customer calls for remote repairs using screen sharing technology. The majority of our calls are for virus removal.

Position requirements:

- Call center friendly voice
- Familiar with manual virus / spyware removal (other than running an antivirus scan)
- Must have a reliable Internet connection to use our VOIP phone. (Cable or DSL only, not wireless)
- Must be available full time for overnight shifts Philippine time, 5 days per week.
- Must have a quiet place to work (No noises from jeepney's, roosters, etc in the background)
- Must be reliable!
