I am in charge of digitizing production workflow using office 365 tools in my company. The company is in the book publishing business. The workflow that need to be digitised are
Manuscript management [ receiving manuscript > editing > Pre Press > Press > Inventory ]
sales [Quotation (creation and approval)> Delivery > Invoicing]
Document management [ receiving files (i.e. documents, letter, aggreement) > storing files > retrieving files ]
I am seeking experienced office 365 user especially in the area of business automation for a consultation session. The consultation would be done through video conferencing and you would be paid hourly.
Tools that I intend to use are as follows
