Fast growing Palo Alto startup looking for someone to work part time to lead operations and quality outcomes, and be a point of escalations for customer service, facilitation support, and campaign management. We are a disruptive online technology and community leveraged by consulting firms and their customers, to produce steady streams of expert knowledge through authentic online engagement. This remote role will require a deep understanding of our value, our processes, and our platform. This role will work directly with our head of product and operations manager to ensure we are continually resourced and trained for success across the above mentioned teams. The ideal candidate should be comfortable at conducting trainings, creating processes, managing remote teams to deliver top quality outcomes. They should also be comfortable communicating with both consultants and customers. Enterprise management consulting and facilitation experience a plus. Must have a lot of experience working with large customers. Must love data, KPIs and Driving Metrics! Perfect for Ex-Big 4 Consultant wanting to be part of a small team...can grow to full time, but does not have to...always will be remote.
