To apply for this job, you must be very skilled in HTML5, CSS, Javascript, and Twitter Bootstrap for responsive layouts that can gracefully accommodate multiple screen resolutions and device types.

This job is about creating a HTML UI that *exactly* implements the PSD design in functional intent and form. We are not looking for PHP developers, or UI framework experts. We are looking for HTML artists that can create pixel perfect UIs that are visually clean and stunning. If this is you, then please continue reading. **NO AGENCIES PLEASE.**

The scope for this job is described in the attached file. It is to create *one* HTML page that may contain some dynamic effects like validation logic, expanding and collapsing nodes, clipping text in input fields, dynamic hover effects, dynamic flow layout of UI elements, showing or hiding certain sections, and enabling/disabling nodes based on user actions, or data received. As such the page may have several states of interest.

Otherwise, the page, specifically the dynamic content, is largely generated on the server.

The purpose of this project is to create a simple, appealing, and elegant dashboard screen where a user can view his/her project's activity. The main purpose is for user to monitor the project and make sure it is on track to complete on time.

The form contains 5 sections: a chart that displays amounts paid and charged, a summary of batches in the system, the activities of the users on the project, the status of items by item type, and lastly a stream of 10 most recent activities for the project.

You will be required to use D3 for the chart and sparklines so that they can be styled using CSS.

User will basically only be allowed to view the information shown, and filter or page into more data. There is no drill down capability.

To implement this view, you will need to create some fake data. The data will be received from there server as a JSON object. You may hardcode a JSON data structure as needed to help view and test the page you are creating.

The deliverable for this project will consists of one (1) html page showing the desired download form, along with all necessary artifacts. The form is expected to be fully functional:
- buttons should work and filter data.
- paging should work

Upon hiring, a detailed PSD and specifications will be provided, along with a web page template that includes styles for the project, font files, etc.

To make it easy to evaluate the completed page, the contractor will be expected to deliver the page, and all necessary CSS, images, javascript artifacts in a single zip file archive. To evaluate the web page, it should be sufficient to unzip the file, and double click on the html page to view it in a browser.

The page is expected to load properly in the latest GA (not beta or preview) versions of Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Safari.

The expected deadline for this project is: Friday Jan 25th 2013. The contractor is expected to obtain final approval from the designer by End of Day Pacific Time on that day. Extensions may be granted to allow completion of work for submissions that are close to complete and largely satisfactory. THE CONTRACTOR IS ENCOURAGED TO SEEK FEEDBACK FROM DESIGNER EARLY AND OFTEN in order to streamline the implementation process. We want you to succeed, and we are available to provide feedback.

To be considered for this job, please review the attached files, which display typical views for writer and editor of the page to implement, and provide examples of similar projects that you have successfully completed.

Once selected, detailed PSDs and all necessary requirements and artifacts will be provided. The attached file is just an overview to help candidates determine if they have the requisite qualifications and interest to apply for this job. The designer that created the PSD will be available to review implementations and provide feedback.

This project is part of an ongoing program with continuing needs for this skill set. We are hoping that this project will lead to a long-term relationship with contractors that participate in the project. We routinely rehire contractors that perform well.
