Luma Health (lumahealth.io) was founded on the idea that patients should easily be able to connect to their healthcare provider in a way that’s modern and mobile-first. We're a text-first communication platform, solving problems about patient access, lost revenue, and communication gaps.
We're looking for 1-3 long-term content writers to help us create powerful copy across all platforms.
Here's the deal:
-We're B2B software.
-Our product is complex and technical.
-We tackle the important, big issues in the healthcare space.
-We need marketing copy that will engage readers while maintaining brand integrity and thought leadership
-To get a feel for our aspirational voice in the healthcare/tech space, check out Oscar (hioscar.com), ZocDoc (zocdoc.com), Maven (mavenclinic.com), and Capsule (www.capsulecares.com)--they're all awesome.
Our ideal candidate can do these:
-Write copy that would live in different digital/print environments while elevating the brand voice (from digital ads, to print, to email campaigns, to white papers)
-Preferably B2B writing experience, or experience turning something complex and rewriting it to be something digestible (finance, tech, medical, etc...)
-Job will include sharing research, brainstorming, and working closely with team to look for topics to regularly pitch and write on different editorial platforms
-May also consist of ghostwriting
-Ideally in the continental US for quick turnarounds and immediate Slack collaboration in a close timezone (We're PST).
1) Thoroughly review our website to understand our voice before applying.
2) Send writing samples, preferably B2B, or a sample of turning something complex and rewriting it to be something digestible (finance, tech, medical, etc...). For example: "How does stock work? " "What is quantum physics?" etc...
Full product overview and a breakdown of our brand voice will be reviewed upon chatting!
