We're a Bobcat construction equipment dealer (www.bobcattoronto.com) and are launching a Corporate Campaign called "AMG 5/5". The corporate holding company that owns the Bobcat dealerships is called Oaken Holdings Inc, and the overview of the program is as follows:
At Oaken we should think small, not big, and adopt a philosophy of continuous improvement through the aggregation of marginal gains. Forget about perfection; focus on progression, and compound the improvements.
AMG stands for "Aggregation of Marginal Gains". 5/5 is 5 goals, each a 5% increase, in 5 areas of our business:
Sales Growth in market share by 5%
Parts Increase current end user parts by 5%
Service Improve service efficiency by 5%
Rental Increase rentals as a percentage of total revenue to 5%
Corporate Reduce expenses as a percentage of total sales by 5%
For this project, we're looking to have the following developed:
1. Logo: Pulls together the theme of the program, and ideally highlights the 5 goals.
Logo will be used on all marketing material, letter head, crests on hats/shirts, etc.
2. Poster: A poster that aligned to the program details and overview.
3. Web Banners: Banners in the following sizes:
From a branding perspective, it could incorporate both the Bobcat Logo and/or the Oaken Logo (both attached).
