Need to create a financial model model for a buy fix and sell single family real estate fund. Looking for someone with experience producing models for a fund. The must produce financial projections for the manager and fund valuation after 5 years. Areas to consider would be waterfall, carried interest, clawback, preferred return, acquisition and disposition fees, annual management fees, fund expenses, graphing diversification in the portfolio, semi annual distributions of profit, multiple single family assets, etc.
