This position requires the ability to manage the corporate social media strategy, programs, and execution across a variety of channels; implement social media content and advertising programs; and demonstrate contribution to overall lead generation objectives.
About the Responsibilities:
Brand Web Presence Strategy & Execution
• Manage various aspects of the company's web presence, including monitoring, managing and optimizing presence as well as curating, creating, and publishing content to official company social media "hootsuite" profiles such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, blog (blogger.com), backlink, E-mail Marketing (Constant Contact), Google+ , Craigslist, Tumbler, YouTube Twice a weekly basis to drive measurable improvement in brand awareness, consumer engagement, brand reach, and inbound marketing goals
• Daily monitor brand across our web presence, including social media mentions and web mentions, in order to identify and respond to discussions about our company, and industry, both from existing leads and customers; escalate customer service requests in a timely manner; and identify and report on trends and sentiment to content marketing and corporate communications teams
• Work closely with cross-functional team of marketing, customer support, and corporate communications to define the right approach to community management, as well as the escalation process for crisis management.
