We have up graded our loan platform application and would like to create an on-line video demo that will show our clients how to best utilize the system.
We would like to see two separate videos. The first on how to access and complete our loan submission. The submission is 7 full web pages and it generally takes us 20 mins to walk through this part with a new user when we are doing a live or webinar demo.
The video would focus on screen shots of each web page then showing response inputs being added to certain fields within the loan submission, with narration around the importance of that point, or hints on what the best responses to that point may be.
The second video, again 15 to 20 mins, would be post loan submission. The overall application takes the loan submission and effectively opens up a private on-line portal between the submitter and the lender that allows the two to interact; the lender has the opportunity to request additional data and the submitter can respond. It also allows the two to negotiate the loan terms.
Similar to the first video there would be screen shots, input highlighting and narrative.
Your tasks will include:
- Capturing the flows from the on-line application as we move through it.
- Add highlights such as circles and pointers as we focus in individual submission information fields
- Edit the narrative so we can overwrite voiceover errors
- Deliver the final product in a form that can be easily uploaded from our website.
