Startup and forward thinking company is seeking to add to our growing team to assist with the review, advice and repair of our clients' credit. Each month thousands of clients trust us to improve their credit resumes by disputing inaccurate, erroneous and outdated information.

The primary responsibility is to ensure the timely, efficient and accurate processing and formulation of strategy for the repair of clients' credit in accordance with the Fair Credit Report Act as well as corporate processes and procedures. Accurate processing entails ensuring that the file is complete and precise, that items are properly disputed and that all tasks are accomplished within defined timelines. You are expected to demonstrate success in a high volume, task based work environment. You must have good interpersonal skills and be able to interact with individuals at all levels both inside and outside of the company. It is expected for you to have expert level written and verbal communication skills and always maintain a high level attention to detail.

Specific Duties:

• Analysis of credit reports and formulation of strategy for the repair of credit
• Exhibit a high level of integrity and maintain client confidentiality at all times
• Competently address client questions about accounts, disputes, processes and file status
• Prepare and deliver necessary paperwork for proper dispute handling
• Obtain knowledge of and continue education on the Fair Credit Reporting Act
• Accurate and complete updating of client files
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Able to work independently and with a team
• Be available for a flexible schedule Monday -- Friday and weekends when/ as required
• Maintain current correspondence with clients, co-workers, and management team including phone calls, voicemails and emails
• Answering phones, filing, document storage and retrieval, managing
• Additional duties/activities as assigned/required

Skills and Specifications:

• Expert ability in reading and analyzing credit reports
• Exhibit a high level of integrity in handling sensitive client information
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Exemplary written and verbal English Language skills, Spanish speaking a plus
• Strong organizational, problem solving, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Highly computer literate
• Ability to intuitively navigate computer programs and track deadlines electronically
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• High level of stress tolerance
• Ability to quickly adapt and cope with a changing environment
