Online customer service role for fast growing Aussie lifestyle brand - www.dollboxx.com.au
This position is predominantly managing inbound customer service enquiries with some outbound follow ups with customers. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and due to this you will be able to display the following attributes:

• You have the ability to adapt and respond to different personality types.
• Have the ability to manage incoming customer enquiries and follow-ups.
• Are able to liaise with warehouse staff and management throughout the day if required.
• You always ensure customer satisfaction.
• You can handle customer dispute resolution if needed.
• Plus take responsibility for other duties as required.

• Previous customer service experience within e-commerce (fashion ideally).
• An attention to detail.

• Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and think on your feet.

Experience with the following platforms and tech are also a desirable attribute for this role:
• Microsoft Excel
• Warehouse / inventory management systems (training will be provide for our systems)
Daily duties may involve any if all of the following
• Replying to customer enquiries via our customer care portal (Zendesk)
• Amending and editing order information on our warehouse portals
• Liaising with management and warehouse staff
• Responding to customer enquiries and comments on our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram)
• Some outbound communications with customers and brand ambassadors
• Creating company documents for staff processes
• Managing customer returns / exchanges
• Customer recovery management for customers that have not been happy with their product and/or experience
• Live Chat on our website
• Assisting management with various admin tasks
