We're looking for a part time Philippines based customer service agent.
Person we need will have to answer our client emails - so excellent written
English is required. Someone with sales experience would be the best -
there will be element of business to business sales as well. he or she will
be logged to our LiveChat and answer any client questions that might come
up. We would like him/her to be also logged to our voip phone and Skype
account. our VA will be also responsible for sending the orders out to our
talent (it involves filling in Google Apps spreadsheets). Volume of
enquiries coming in might not be too large to start with and if this is the
case we will have small tasks like data collection and email marketing.
Hours required are 5pm - 9pm GMT, Monday - Friday (20 hours a week)
