THE POSITION: We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative who can work US hours and work with a global team.
Two shifts are available: 10:00am-2:00pm EST and 6:00pm-10:00pm EST
Experience with using HelpScout, Facebook/Instagram and similar social media platforms is required. Written English must be impeccable.
YOUR GOAL: Ensure that everyone who emails us receives a personalized and appropriate response, when necessary. While we do utilize templates to craft responses, you should be confident in investigating and discussing technical, marketing, etc topics to craft responses. Acting as a liaison between the customer service team and other departments of the company will be very important. We also expect you to be comfortable engaging with our audience on social media, specifically Facebook and Instagram.
• Impeccable written English and communication skills, knowledge of proper grammar
• Confident in communicating with each team; engineering, marketing, social media, etc
• Experience with researching social media trends and building engaging posts for our audience
• Extremely reliable and have great Internet connection
• Be able to type a minimum of 70 words per minute
• A creative thinker who's comfortable brainstorming ideas
• Open to daily communication via Slack and weekly video calls
