This is a a full-time home, based 40 hour / week position with overtime available as well. We pay bi-monthly with transferwise (2x / month), already successfully work with 5 permanent virtual employees (for more than a 2 years), and always consistently pay on time.

We’re looking for a remote customer service representative who can work with a great team full time -- 8 hours a day, five days a week. If you’re looking for a stable position with good pay, a good manager, and a fun team, this is the place to do it.
Your primary focus will be as a customer service representative. We get hundreds of emails a day from prospective customers asking us about our online course. You’ll be on the front lines of that battle, helping answer every single person who emails in within 8 hours, and doing it with a personal touch.
We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service, and we expect you to be excited about talking to people every day, as well as love helping other people out.
While you’ll start your first few months answering emails, as you get more responsibilities, you’ll start writing Zendesk macros, managing ticket triage, setting up views and triggers, and improving the new employee onboarding so that you can manage other employees as well.
We’re a fun team, and you’ll be working with us through Zendesk and Slack every day, for 8 hours a day. The work is remote, so you can do it at home. We’ll pay you hourly for the first few months (the rate will come out between $450 and $700 an hour, depending on experience), and you’ll get payments weekly through Transferwise.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You must have perfect fluency with English, and talk almost like a native speaker.
You must have an ability to work hard on customer service, and maintain a positive attitude with every person you email.
