We are looking for a talented Customer Support Superstar to interact with our English speaking Customer base to deliver amazing email support.
The position is 30-40 hours a week, and we are looking for a long term, remote employee through oDesk! You would also be joining a growing team of amazing Support Representatives from San Francisco, London, Sweden, and Melbourne!
As a Support Superstar for 99designs, you will be responsible for:
- Provide Email & Chat support in English within your timezone.
- Contacting customers proactively to ensure a great customer experience
- Passing feedback and suggestions for improvement through to the rest of the team
Our ideal Support Superstar would have:
- Excellent written, email communication in English
- 1+ years of experience
- Tech Savvy
- A helpful, friendly attitude coupled with the ability to listen and guide
- Strong problem solving ability and a passion for resolving customer issues
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Willingness to make a difference and be creative
Experience in the graphic/web design industry is a BIG plus!
