We are looking for an organized, serious, and motivated person to join the customer support of our French brand.
Our customers are French, so you must have a perfect command of the French language and be able to write emails without making spelling or grammar mistakes.
Our goal is the satisfaction of our customers, we have to make sure that each email will be answered within 24 hours maximum.
You will, therefore, have to work in a time slot based on the time zone of France, between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, with availability 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday on these time slots.
You must master the Zendesk software that we use for customer service as well as order and customer management on Shopify which is the E-Commerce platform we use to sell our products.
You will also have to manage the communication with our supplier to ensure various compensations related to orders.
You will need to be productive and able to respond to several hundred emails per day. We will do everything possible to optimize your efficiency, in particular by setting up macros (pre-written answers) and procedures to help you save time in managing each customer issue.
The position is to be filled very quickly. Indeed, we need to expand our team as soon as possible.
We will communicate daily on WhatsApp and you will be trained in our management procedures within 24 hours of your recruitment.
