*STEP 2: For each customer email, Find the [Order Number]:
How to find it:
1. people will let you know that order number in the subject line or body of the email; Note: the order number starts with initials "MN"
2. Use the email address and look it up in our back-end order system (usually customer use the same email address to order), then you will get the order number; we'll give you certain level of access later
*STEP 3: Use that order number to get the [Tracking Number] of the customers post parcel in our spreadsheets (.xlsx files). We will send those files later for you
*STEP 4: After you get the tracking number, you put that number in the website to get the updates >> 17track.net/en
1. If there is an update for that tracking number, reply the customers email with the following message (Once you're hired, we will let you know);
2. If there is no update yet, reply following message (Once you're hired, we will let you know).
And that, dear, congrats, you just handled 1 customer's email. [if you want to get the job, you MUST mention in your cover letter with the letter combination 'IWANTIT', otherwise we'll simply ignore your application. Thank you for reading this far, please continue :) ]
