Need gifted Customer Service Manager to oversee IB/OB phone team of 7 home-based ladies based in Philippines, will grow to 25 agents within 18 months. Have to come up with strategies to keep the team efficient, how to monitor performance, how to create urgency during calls, how to upsell during and after the sale. Must be good teacher, motivator, trainer, with track record for high performance. Experience with hiring and managing sales staff necessary. Long-term position. Full-time position. Compensation to be hourly with additional monthly bonuses based on individual and group performance.
