Thank you for your interest in this job posting. I am looking to hire a Customer Service Representative/Oberlo forfiller to join my team. I run an e-commerce store that is growing larger every day. As a result, we now receive a lot of emails.
We need someone to manage this part of the business. Mainly answering customer service emails through our email and order processing
Ideally, you will have previous experience in Customer Service and will have knowledge of how to deal with customer complaints. Previous shopify and oberlo expereince is wanted. You should be organized, reliable and good at communicating with others.
Your English skills must be perfect.
The Job Role:
- Respond to social media messages
- Answer customer service emails
- Process orders in Oberlo
Job duration per week should be around 3-5 hours. Timing can be adjusted based on the volume of email and orders.
Please appreciate that there will likely be a few bumps and hiccups along the way. However, through working together and communicating with each other a lot for the first few weeks, we will be able to streamline the Customer Service process. If you have ideas that you feel would improve your workflow, you are welcome to tell me and I will do my best to implement.
