1st CSR:  Mon -Fri 4:00PM - 9:00PM  & Sat 9:00AM -6:00PM (Central Standard Time)

2nd CSR: Mon -Sat 12:00PM - 7:00PM (Central Standard Time)

Protectus Security, a local, family owned security company serving the Dallas/Fort Worth area is seeking a Qualified Customer Service Representative.  

Duties include:
*Answering the telephone in a professional manner; directs calls to appropriate individuals, and/or takes messages
*Scheduling services for customers and resolving any issues
*Qualifying customers and scheduling installs
*Working directly with Finance Department regarding collections
*Working directly with Sales Team regarding new accounts
*Working directly with Inventory Department regarding equipment per account

Hourly rate $2.00 to $3.50 depend on qualifications.
