We're in the business of providing quality customer service to our clients. We're looking for some quality team members who can answer customer inquiries and providing excellent customer care for a few or many unique companies.
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be providing customer service via phone, chat and email to customers using our platform and in-house CRM.
You must be able to work from home, have a solid Internet connection capable of handling VOIP calls, and a desktop (NO LAPTOPS) computer to work from. You must be able to sit for extended periods of time. A large monitor (or dual monitors) preferred. Data entry skills (good typing) a requirement. You will be fully trained on our tools and systems.
You will be required to complete a telecommuting, privacy, technology and security agreement. This job is full time on a proposed schedule during daytime or evening, eastern standard time hours including weekends. This is a long term position based on performance.
