We are looking for a detail-oriented customer-service representative to provide excellent support to customers who reach out to our company for help pre- and post- sale. Inquiries consist of shipping questions/issues, order changes/cancellations, product questions, and returns/refunds. We also need help with general data entry office tasks.
Respond to all customer inquiries, monitor website live chat, and answer company phone calls.
Manage international orders, occasional reporting, and any general data entry tasks that may come up.
Must have previous customer service experience, excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English language. Must be extremely detail-oriented to prevent data entry mistakes. Must have a friendly and helpful attitude when dealing with customers to ensure customers feel appreciated. Knowledge of electronics or sporting equipment is not necessary, but must have a desire to go above and beyond to get an answer and provide correct information to the customer.
