The position is for professional individuals seeking experience in a range of roles from general office work to marketing. The indvidual will have hands on experience and have a passion for social media.
-Providing some customer support via assisting with contracting process between agency/buyer
-Completing vendor paperwork (mainly for colleges and universities)
-Requesting certificate of insurance as applicable (mainly for colleges and universities)
-Helping with bookkeeping – mainly following up on outstanding payments
-Soft sales that includes emailing the buyer a package on how they can save money
-Marketing that includes: creating marketing materials for conferences, email marketing, mail marketing (designing/mailing), social media marketing
-Working with web designer to make sure website is maintained
-Writing/editing press releases
-Find appropriate act for gigmasters requests and submit bids.
--Individual must be able to use their time efficiently
--Coursework towards obtaining a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, higher education, or communications
--Knowledge of Microsoft office Suites
--Individual must have a valid driver’s license
--Must have your own computer with scanner and printer as well as a reliable phone
--Excellent written and oral skills
Applicants must be committed to agency for 6 months. We are looking to hire immediately.
