Looking a friendly person who understands InfusionSoft to help us with our growing informational product and coach business in customer service.
Position would start off part time (5-10 hours per week) then grow into a full time position as we grow.
This position will require people to respond to troubles both by email and on the phone. Basic understanding of online troubleshoot would be great.
We use InfusionSoft as our CRM and billing system so understanding and previous experience is a great plus.
