we are looking for a high level Customer Support Manager / Operations Manager
we are a fast growing digital product company in the cryptocurrency space, with a subscription business where customers come to our website and sign up for a monthly subscription to receive information from us via Telegram, Facebook, and Discord. We have signed up over 4,000 in the last 45 days and have a massive need for customer support, operations support, and systems to scale this company
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
we need someone that can come in, take control and set up systems and technologies to build out a Customer Service solution. We want someone full time,that has experience doing this job and can do this without supervision and constant training, and we are looking for someone to grow with our fast moving company.
YOU NEED TO BE:
you need to be able to devote full time to this role
you need to be wanting to grow with our company
you need to have experience in a customer support / operations support management role
you need to be a self starter, with confidence you know what to do and can get it done
you need to be able to hire additional CS persons to help when needed
you need to be very tech savvy, knowing how to use automated systems, such as: chat support, email support, email sequences, and other automated solutions.
