We are looking for a zendesk specialist to quickly, kindly, and accurately respond to customer support requests in a way that makes customers happy.
- Answer customer support requests
- Work with customers and engineering department to identify, test, and fix bugs
- Participate in software testing as enhancements to the product are released
- Other duties as assigned -- which may include research, administrative work, or other
-Achieve proficiency on Zendesk
- Must be a team player
- Motivated to solve problems, and to provide great, caring service to our customers
- Motivated to meet quality standards/measurables for customer service
