We're a fast-growing Bay Area company changing the way people access government services. We're looking for a motivated, self-starter to help lead our support and operations efforts.
The ideal candidate wants to be a part of fast-growing team, either remotely or in-person, and has customer support experience, for both phone and chat support, and can handle a high-level of responsibility and stay organized.
The main responsibilities will include managing our existing and new services bookings, both on the phone and online with the ability to make quick decisions and work on your own when necessary.
