We are an online electronics company which sells our own brand of mobile accessories. We sell mobile phone charger, Bluetooth headsets, Memory cards and other accessories.
We are currently looking for someone to join our team on a long-term basis. The main task will be to handle emails from our sales channels eBay and Amazon. There could also be additional work doing marketing emails and other promotional work (if have experience)
Monday-Friday: 9pm-10pm GMT
Saturday/Sunday: 10am-11am, 5pm-6pm GMT
Hours handling emails per week is 9-10 Hours
We can offer additional working hours if you have experience doing marketing emails and other promotional material.
- Fluent written English and excellent email etiquette
- Outgoing, reliable and good availability online
- Order management system experience
- Experience dealing with customer queries from eBay and Amazon (Negative feedback, returns, refunds, resolution cases etc)
- Good knowledge of electronics, ability to answer technical questions, research suitable replies.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Customer support for eBay, Amazon and our website
- Customer returns, resends, refunds, negative feedback, reviews, resolution cases, technical support for products
- Marketing on social media and through email
This will be a long-term position, the numbers of hours may increase if the quality of the work is good. Please only apply if you can work the required hours (GMT).
Hourly pay for this work is $5.40 per hour.
