We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with clients and providing great customer service. We want someone who is not afraid to communicate and has good english skills - both written and verbal.
The successful applicant will also be good with technology and have the ability to learn new applications quickly and thoroughly. You don't need to be a computer genius - but you need to be pretty good.
You will be working with a program called Zendesk - resolving simple issues and forwarding other issues to the appropriate person.
In this company we use: Zendesk, wufoo, Office Autopilot and Backpack as the main programs. You will need to become familiar with all of these.
Essential will be a good internet connection.
