A leading worldwide search engine is looking for long-term freelancers to support our customer service department in Spanish.
Your support will consist of either:
1) answering customer questions using a given set of templates
2) forwarding customer service requests to the appropriate in-house representative.
You will be expected to answer/triage around 40 to 80 requests per day for a total estimated monthly volume of 1500 requests.
Payment will be calculated on the number of total requests answered or triaged, within a range of $0.20 - $0.25 per request
A successful unpaid 30 minutes Skype interview and 2 hour paid training are mandatory to qualify for the task.
Based on performance, we may consider extending the work opportunity to take on additional tasks and responsibilities.
You need to be able to read and write in Spanish.
