We're looking for someone who's available for a long term/ongoing role, during UK business hours.
You'll need to be comfortable learning the ins and outs of a new platform, good at problem solving and comfortable answering questions from prospective clients over the phone, email and live chat.
The hours may vary as the amount of callbacks increase, but initially we're aiming to bring someone on for at least 2 hours per day to shadow our customer support agents, learn the system, and act on any sales enquiries that arise through email and live chat.
