YOU MUST HAVE ACCESS TO SKYPE
-As this role develops, we will need to be able to voice/video chat with us.
1. Pull up the ZenDesk report provided by SpotHero
2. Login to Zendesk using the SpotHero login
3. Click on the magnify glass icon on the left side of ZenDesk. A search bar will pop up.
4. Enter the ID number in the left of the excel report into the search bar. Click on the search result.
5. Look for the “Length of phone call” at the bottom of the Call Details
6. Record this length (in seconds) in column in far right
7. Do this for each entry in spreadsheet.
