We will need this job on an ongoing basis. The initial project will be project based, but as we grow we will be hiring somebody to perform this task several times a month.
We will need somebody to take data in the form of rent rolls, profit and loss statements, delinquency reports, construction reports, and reformat the data so that it fits our financial models. Once the data is formatted correctly, it will be then important to enter that data into our model correctly. We will train you, but the ideal candidate will already have a familiarity of these financial statements.
You will need to have an understanding of excel and how to move data around from various file types like PDF and word.

The potential hire needs to have these characteristics:
Be incredibly detailed oriented (one number can through off an investment and therefore our decisions we make from it)
Can speak and understand english very well
be a hard worker who can get jobs done by a deadline
must be the type of person that strives for nothing short of excellent work
