I'm looking for a proficient iOS developer that can turn my 30 photoshop filters into an iOS library, so my full time developer can import them into my photo editing app

All filters were made with Photoshop, and I have a text file that shows how to recreate each filter on Photoshop

So, it's very important that you also know how to work Photoshop

Here is an example of a filter:

PHOTO FILTER 1:

::DUPLICATE IMAGE LAYER
-layer opacity: 68%
-layer mode: Screen
-Filter  Blur  Gaussian  8.2

::LAYER  NEW FILL LAYER  GRADIENT
-gradiant color: black (#000000)
-layer opacity: 72%
-layer mode: Overlay
-gradient type: Radial (check Reverse box)
-angle: -140.19
-scale: 150%

::LAYER  NEW ADJUSTMENT LAYER  LEVELS
-layer opacity: 38%
-layer mode: Overlay
-23, 1.05, 196
-0, 255

::LAYER  NEW ADJUSTMENT LAYER  BRIGHTNESS/CONTRAST
-layer opacity: 100%
-layer mode: normal
-brightness: -34
-contrast: 63

So basically you will need to create an iOS library that can be used for all 30 filters
