Research different Help formats eg FAQ, pdf, video, PowerPoint, Webex, pop-ups, hover-overs and Wiki's that are commonly used for computer-based applications.

Develop a quick-reference matrix format of the most appropriate Help format, with its associated risks.

The criteria will be supplied, by which the Help criteria must be evaluated. Examples are: suitability depending on complexity of the project (ie many or few stakeholders, internal and/or external clients only, cost of project, etc); risks and shortcomings of the Help format; cost of implementation of the Help format; time required to develop the Help format, software and hardware required to develop the Help, suitability of the Help across various platforms eg PC, Mac and mobile; and bandwidth or server space needed to host/deploy the Help.

Supply a bibliography of the material referenced. Supply an analysis of the research conducted and conclusions drawn.

Attached is a basic idea of the matrix, but this can be modified.

This project is to be completed by 17 Oct 2012, no deadline extension is possible.
