Director of FLCCC Personnel
The FLCCC’s Personnel Director will work within a multi-specialty internal team to develop and implement strategies to ensure our high-growth non-profit is well staffed and that we have the human capital to handle new projects and specific goals; while heightening positive awareness of our mission.
Responsibilities
• Oversees all facets of employment practices and employee relations
• Talent recruitment, interviewing, hiring and ensuring a great fit for our team is key
• Duties may include payroll management and compliance with labor laws
• Assist the executive team with managing their employee needs of the organization.
• Understand how new initiatives and planning will affect the workforce and identify needs to hire general and specialist staff
• Responsible for hiring workers, managing paperwork
• Overseeing the onboarding process, training, and rewarding of new staff
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies
• Develop policies and procedures for employees
• Track all workflows and timesheets
Requirements
• Relevant work experience as a HR/Personnel professional
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary internal team
Compensation Range
$50K-$80K commensurate with experience
$24-$38.46/hr
