We are in need of highly skilled tech support persons who have prior experience working for companies like Hostgator, 1 and 1, iPage, etc
Support is provided via ticketing system. Response rate under 30 minutes. Resolution under 2 hours.
All the support personnel receive the support ticket being logged via email. When that happens, any support person can log in and post that they are working on this ticket. Then you log on to odesk and get to work. No logging into odesk time until you reserve your ticket allowed, unless you are continuously answering tickets.
It doesnt matter how much you charge per hour. We only see what it costs us on a per ticket basis. Those who are fast workers and lower bill rate will receive periodic bonuses, because we are a fair employer.
Those who sit around with an open screen, just to run the clock on odesk will get fired by the monitoring system we have in place.

Must have 4-5 on English skills.
