This is a full-time position to help customer become Ebay Top Rated Seller and beyond. Here are some basic eBay Top Seller job description:

Personality – Add personality to Ebay listings. Most eBay listings and descriptions are bland and lack substance. Entertaining the visitor with a bit of humour, item history, and character may lead to an increased conversion rate. The idea is to differentiate yourself from all the other eBay sellers out there.
Timing – Schedule your listings to end at peak times. The last few hours, minutes, and seconds of an auction are critical. An auction ending at a peak traffic period will likely yield more views, bids, and ultimately a higher sale price.
Item title – Fill the item title with keywords and related terms. This ensures that your item shows up for all relevant searches within eBay. Use a thesaurus if you are looking for any keyword ideas or suggestions.
High quality photos – Adding high quality photos (and videos) to your listings will capture the attention of your audience, provide a more visual experience, and lead to more bids. The end goal is to stimulate the mind of the visitor – pictures and videos enhance this experience.
Focus on a niche – By specializing in a vertical product field, you can establish yourself as the foremost authority and leader. It is also much easier to build a name and credibility. Trying to be everything to everyone never works. Concentrate on selling a narrow range of products.
Open communication – Creating an open line of communication – via e-mail and phone – will lead to happy, satisfied customers and increased sales. Communication can help clear up any ambiguity. This equates to better ratings and feedback – keys to loyalty, credibility, and long term success.
Systems – It is a good idea to create systems ahead of time. Processes like invoicing, shipping, and product tracking should be streamlined as much as possible to create a smoother operation. This will save a lot of time and effort in the long run.
Shipping experience – Being proactive and prompt with shipping will ensure a higher level of customer satisfaction and likely lead to excellent feedback. Also, being reasonable with shipping & handling costs will put you in good standing (be sure to cover the cost of packaging and time though).
Listing page – The listing page is essentially where a “sale” is made. Providing quality information and details will bode well for your auction, but also be sure to use subtle marketing messages. The objective is to provide product specifications with persuasive marketing built in. Once again, this should increase your conversion rate and lead to more bids.
Repeat customers – Rather than always trying to recruit new customers, try marketing to current or previous customers. These users have bought from you before and trust in you. It is much easier to generate repeat business than new business. For this reason, build relationships and loyalty – the focus doesn’t always have to be of driving new leads.
Bulk incentives – Selling a single item can create a tedious process, especially if the item is expensive. So why not sell in bulk? Offer a pricing discount and/or free shipping (for example) as an added incentive for volume purchasing. This may help build revenues and decrease operation time and costs.
Open an eBay store – Opening an eBay storefront will immediately create an online presence and portray your business in a more professional manner. In addition, it is much easier when it comes to brand-building as there is flexibility with the design, logo, URL, etc… As an added tip, be sure to add keywords and terms to your store name if possible – this will create more visibility and exposure on eBay searches.
Rather than reinvent the wheel, it is a good idea to piggyback off the tactics of successful eBay sellers. Applying the strategies listed above to your eBay business should improve your systems and increase sales. They’ve worked for the top group of eBay Sellers in the past, so you should be able to benefit from some, if not all, of the information.

Applicant must also be familiar with third party Ebay-API's such as Inkfrog, Terapeak. Social Media Marketing to promote listings, Ebay store and general social media presence. Any experience blogging and creating e-commerce websites is a bonus.
