Hello fellow world citizens! Looking for some guidance and help on a pulse generator that I'm trying to build, where I want to implement a microcontroller to fire some SCR / thyristors at 90 degree angles. I've attached some schematics and textinfo which describes what needs to be done in the circuit. Not sure if this setup works, but atleast some direction to the workings of the circuitry. I need to be guided on components to choose, like the high-voltage trigger transformer and other as well. I would like to be able to trigger the SCR(silicon controlled rectifier) at 90-degree angles, where the electric current flows in a sine wave. http://www.electronicsforu.com/electronicsforu/circuitarchives/view_article.asp?sno=477&id=4691 Would like a microcontroller to control these actions, let me know if this is possible to help with, regards Tor!
