We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and detail-oriented marketing automation specialist to manage the operation of its Eloqua database. Key responsibilities include ensuring the weekly email calendar is executed, collaborative development of lead nurturing programs and program building in Eloqua, and reporting on email performance.
-Deep experience with marketing automation software tools - especially Eloqua and Salesforce
-Knowledge of marketing automation best practices
-Excellent problem solving skills and a proclivity for proactive, self-initiated problem solving
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Good work ethic and ability to work independently as well as within a team
10 - 20 hours a week for an on-going position in the Central time zone.
Test will be required to qualify for long term work. This is a paid test. The candidate will perform a sampling of administrative functions in Eloqua (marketing automation software):
- Set up and send an HTML email
- Build a simple lead nurturing program
- Provide high level reporting for an email campaign. will use Eloqua and Salesforce.com to provide metrics.
- Build a prospect program that will associate Eloqua contacts as SFDC leads to SFDC campaigns
