1: Responding emails from All Gmail accounts.
2: Responding Facebook messages and comments.
3: Refunding/cancelling issues
4: Handling disputes
5: Updating Doc's
6: Fixing portal accounts
7: Managing new Shopify store
8: Contacting USPS sometime for not being able to ship on ETA
9: Handling support issues for ship station, Click funnel and Stripe
10:Sometimes contact Danita for health related and Legal Disclaimer advice.
Booty Bands orders often come into ship-station with the wrong address. In this case I would email Max but he already sees them as he's in ship-station daily.
1: Address verification Method use (Google, Email, Hangout) everyday
2: checking duplicate items
3: Combining multiple orders for same customers
4: Adding manual orders
5: checking weight of each item and readjusting orders if any changes made.
6: checking TOP priority unshipped orders for over 1 week.
7: Managing orders import issues with Chris for CF ,Shopify and ship station.
