Details

Responsibilities include:
Handling email challenge requests
Recategorizing messages (spam, out of office, etc.)
Flagging specific types of messages for handling by staff
Processing inbound queue messages within 2 business days of receipt

Requirements:
Must be a conversational English speaker
Must have excellent written English
Must have experience troubleshooting technical issues especially with regard to email delivery (bounces, delivery problems, mail client settings)


Work to be performed during business hours M-F EST (8AM-8PM)
Billed hourly
