We are looking for someone to transcribe voice notes on business practices in .wav and mp3 format to MS Word or Google Docs. The speakers on these files have an American accent so you will need to be familiar with that to transcribe the audio properly. We will have many recordings on a regular basis from multiple people.
You must have an excellent command of written and spoken English, including an understanding of business terminology. In addition, you must be available to work for 1-2 hrs/day AND be able to turn around each recording within 24 hours. Files provided in MS Word format are preferred; shared Google Documents are also acceptable.
Please write transcriptions in an organized fashion by topic. Transcriptionists are encouraged take liberties to improve the written grammar from spoken word, as long as all original meanings are maintained.
Contractor acknowledges that service provider retains any and all copyrights, licenses, ownership of intellectual property, and all other national and international rights to material provided and transcribed. Content exchanged in this transaction may not be shared with any third parties without prior written consent.
