We need results-driven Telemarketers and Appointment Setters to work during Manila hours. We are looking for a passionate team leader to manage our telemarketing team and keep our results at a maximum.
- Set appointments with warm leads within our institutional markets including industry associations. 15 per week per agent
- Ensure the success of the telemarketing campaigns by achieving KPIs;
- Proactively find ways to optimize our sales process and develop our telemarketers;
- Come up with creative and new ideas/strategies to approach clients.
- Leadership experience in a similar company is a must!
- Experienced in fearlessly calling people;
- Demonstrated knowledge of end to end sales process;
- Preferable experience or similar work in financial services and dealing with banks and large corporations;
- Expresses with confidence, enthusiasm, and optimism;
- Results-oriented, strive for good performance in order to leave positive relationships with the clients;
- Fluent English including excellent communication skills;
- Resilient personality;
- Ability to work well independently and collaboratively;
- Ability to work with constructive criticism as well as adhere to deadlines.
- Knowledge using Pipedrive or Zoho CRM Plus
*Working Schedule: Philippine Regular Business Hours
- This is a part-time project that involves a schedule from 8:30am-3:30pm PH time, must be located in the Philippines; ***8:30am-12nn then 1:30pm-3:30pm PH time (there is a 1-1/2 hour break as people can't be contacted during lunch break)
