We are seeking a virtual assistant who can assist us in planning our clients wedding. We have several packages which we will outline below. We provide a la carte services for our clients and we would require someone on a part-time basis for 3-6 months. This individual must be available within the business hours of 9am to 9pm EST time and should get back to clients within 1-3 business hours on requests. Therefore you will not be required at all time, only when a request comes in from a client. Request from clients can be in the form of email or telephone.

Tasks include:

- Plan day to day meetings for clients based on certain packages
- Plan and prepare weekly budget/bookkeeping and updates
- Guest list planning
- Plan, schedule and adjust meetings as necessary and provide reminders
- Book venues like restaurants
- Follow up on RSVP guests and provide weekly summary

- Obtain three vendor quotes for each of the following:

1) Travel Arrangements for destination weddings
2) Food
3) Alcohol
4) Photographer
5) Videographer
6) Floral arrangements
7) Limo
8) Invitation vendors (local and overseas)
9) Cake vendor
10) Honeymoon Travel
