I am looking for a few part time or full time candidates for the position outlined below. The role will involve providing customer support on my innovative Wordpress multisite based SaaS. When there are no support tickets in the queue, the role will also involve ongoing customisation of Facebook pages and campaigns for clients as well as other tasks required to transform our startup business in to a market leader.
Key tasks will include:
-Building custom Facebook pages using proprietary software (this is Wordpress based but strong html/css skills also required)
-Customer support handled via Zendesk
-Creation and management of Facebook marketing campaigns
Other ad-hoc tasks dependent on skills/experience:
Essential skills and experience:
-Advanced Wordpress skills
-Wordpress Multisite experience
-Excellent HTML and CSS skills
-Strong design skills Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
-Excellent written English
-Understanding of social media for business
-Availability on skype – minimum 40 hours a week (hours are negotiable)
Desirable skills and experience:
-Facebook marketing experience
-Knowledge of Facebook ads platform
-Degree level educated
-Social Media management for business clients
