We are a growing IT company that looking for an enthusiastic administrative assistant to help us keep track of our schedules and to help us manage our growth.
The job will initially consist of assisting our on-site technical associates with their scheduling and invoicing. We need someone who will be able to help create daily, weekly and monthly timelines based on outstanding client requests and duties, and then assist our techs in keeping to that schedule with timely phone calls.
The virtual assistant can also help create an invoicing template to track the issues and the time spent on site of each of our clients. Our technical associates need to be able to call the virtual assistant and give a brief overview of their time and tasks at each client, and then have them input the data into the invoicing template.
We need someone who can work during the daylight hours of the Eastern Time Zone. This job would start out as part-time and be billed in 15 minute increments. Ideally, as the virtual assistant learns more about our company, and the way that we work, this job will turn into an even greater support role with tasks including research, setting up appointments, marketing, etc.
